Is y0 a custodial wallet?

No. y0 is fully non-custodial. Your private keys are stored on your device and never shared with y0 servers. We only build unsigned transactions — you sign them yourself.

Which wallets can I connect?

You can create a new wallet via email or social login (Google, Apple, Discord), or connect an existing wallet like MetaMask, Trust Wallet, or any WalletConnect-compatible wallet.

How does the AI connection work?

You generate an API key in the app. Then add y0 as a connector in your AI (Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector) — works on Claude Desktop, claude.ai, Claude Mobile, and ChatGPT. The AI can then check balances, get quotes, and request trades — but every transaction needs your approval.

Is it free?

Yes. The wallet is free to use with zero fees on transactions. y0 earns through affiliate partnerships with swap and bridge providers — not from your trading fees.
